NYC Well Helps Me

City of New York

NYC Well Helps Me is part of the City of New York’s ongoing efforts to provide affordable, professional mental health resources for New Yorkers. NYC Well is a free call line that connects people who struggle with mental illness to professional counselors at any hour of any day, 24/7, and in many languages. Our goal was to normalize the conversation about where to find mental health support and lead New Yorkers to use this call line as a professional resource.

DCF leveraged anecdotes from testimonials to fuel the campaign creative, showcasing how NYC Well helps New Yorkers work through their personal mental health struggles. The ads were showcased in multiple languages across New York City – on trains and in stations, at bus stops and local shops, on TV, in newspapers and across social channels. Whether you are someone who could benefit from NYCWell or someone who wants to help others find support, the campaign provides a welcome, open door to an affordable, mental health resource available for all New Yorkers.
Continuing the narrative of Thrive NYC, NYC Well Helps Me is another successful extension of previous campaigns with the City of New York, including NYC Well: Connect.Heal.Thrive. and Today I Thrive.
